Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Return requests submitted after this 30‑day window will not be accepted.

Please note this is our voluntary return offer only. Your statutory 14‑day cancellation right for distance sales under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) remains wholly unaffected by this voluntary policy.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@belissa.shop within the valid return period to request return authorisation. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Checkout email address
  • Reason for return

Our team will send official return instructions. Do not send items back without receiving formal return authorisation.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer-initiated returns (wrong size, style change, no longer wanted): Buyer covers return shipping costs.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items: We will cover return shipping after verification and offer replacement or refund.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Contact hello@belissa.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will review and arrange solutions.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

  • Items marked “Final Sale” on product pages
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Goods damaged due to improper use after delivery

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. If you need a different size or style, return your eligible item and place a new order.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect returned goods, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Refund arrival times depend on your payment provider’s processing speed.
