Belissa operates as an independent online fashion retailer. We are not a marketplace. Unless clearly stated on product pages, we do not act on behalf of any third-party manufacturer or brand.

Contract Formation

Submitting an order via our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods. A binding sales contract comes into existence when we send you an official order confirmation email. Product Information

We take reasonable steps to ensure product descriptions, images, sizes, colours and prices are accurate. Minor colour variations may occur due to screen differences. All images are illustrative only. All prices shown on the website are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are displayed separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product information without prior notice. If an obvious pricing error is published, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment

Full payment must be completed before goods are dispatched. Accepted payment methods are displayed on the checkout page and defined within our Payment Policy. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and authorised payment service providers. Belissa does not store full credit or debit card data.

Delivery & Shipping

Processing times, shipping fees, delivery regions and courier terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the goods are handed over to the courier.

Statutory Cancellation Right

Consumers benefit from the statutory 14 calendar-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The cancellation period starts on the day you, or a person nominated by you, receive the goods. Within this period you may cancel the contract without giving any reason. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All return conditions, refund timelines, non-returnable items and cost responsibilities are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns. Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability.
